INVITATION TO BID – RESIDENTIAL LEASE
The Embassy of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in Pretoria wishes to enter into a lease agreement for a suitable residence for the Ambassador. The Embassy invites all interested property owners or estate agents to participate in the bid.
Shortlist requirements to participate in the bid process:
- The property owner or estate agents must submit a copy of document which shows ownership/mandate of the property.
- The property must be free from any disputes or other legal matters.
Additional information:
- The bid documentation can be collected from 19 July 2022 between 9:30 am and 4:00 pm until 28 July 2022 at the Embassy of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
- The bid submission date will be on 2 August 2022 at 11:30 a.m.
- The bids will be opened on 2 August 2022 at 3:00 pm at the Embassy Hall in the presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend.
- Bidders must submit the bid in hard copy to the Embassy as per the tender condition in the bid documentation. No faxed, electronic, or late bids will be accepted.
