የሰነድ ማረጋገጥ
- ሰነዱ የግለሰብ ከሆነ የሰነዱ ባለቤት የፀና ፓስፖርት ወይም ትውልድ ኢትዮጵያዊ መታወቂያ ዋናው ወይንም ቅጂ፣
- የሚረጋገጠው ሰነድ ዋናው ቅጂ፣
- ከኢትዮጵያ የሚ መነጩ ሰነዶች በኢፌዲሪ የውጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስቴር ተረጋግጠው መቅረብ አለባቸው፣
- ከተባበሩት ዐረብ ኤምሬቶች የሚመነጩ ሰነዶች በተባበሩት ዐረብ ኤምሬትስ የውጭ ጉዳይና ዓለምአቀፍ ትብብር ሚኒስቴር ተረጋግጠው መቅረብ አለባቸው፣
- ለኢትዮጵያዊ/ትውልደ ኢትዮጵያዊ ግለሰብ (Personal) ሰነድ 660 ራንድ ፣
- ለማንኛውም የድርጅት (Company) ሰነድ 1210 ራነድ ፣

Document Authentication and authorization
- If the document is personal, the original owner or copy of the valid passport or birth certificate of the owner of the document;
- The original copy of the document to be attested;
- Documents originating in Ethiopia must be attested by the FDRE Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
- Documents from the United Arab Emirates must be attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation;
- Service fee 660 Rand for Personal Document;
- Service fee 1210 Rand for any company document;
